Happy Year of the Rabbit!

Happy Lunar New Year to our amazing Love Fitness ohana! We always love a good reason to celebrate. In Hawaii, the local community is incredibly active in celebrating Lunar New Year. From the festivities to the food, there’s so much to enjoy! If you're a part of our local LF ohana and looking to find Oahu Lunar New Year festivities, check them out here!

The Lunar New Year, or Spring Festival, marks the transition from one animal to the next according to the Chinese zodiac. The Chinese zodiac is a repeating 12-year cycle of animal signs and their ascribed attributes. In order, the zodiac animals are: Rat, Ox, Tiger, Rabbit, Dragon, Snake, Horse, Goat, Monkey, Rooster, Dog, and Pig.

As we celebrate ushering out the old year and bringing forth the luck and prosperity of the new one, we wanted to shine a little extra attention on what we can expect the year of the Rabbit to bring us in 2023 and the fortunes to come for each zodiac animal.
