Where are you located?
Aloha! We are located in beautiful Waipahu, Hawaii!
Do you have any retail stores?
We only have an online store at this time. However, we do offer free in-person pickup for orders at our warehouse.
Where can I leave a review?
You can leave us a review of any individual product on our website. Select the tab 'write a review' under the product’s description. Mahalo for your feedback!
When do items restock?
We can’t always give a heads up about product restocks as these dates are always subject to change. To be the first to find out restock dates, you can sign up for our back-in-stock reminders for any product. Keep a close eye on our social media, blog, and sign-up to our newsletter at the bottom of our homepage.
Can I buy a gift card?
Yes, we offer electronic gift cards! All gift cards are non-refundable and are emailed to the buyer. The buyer can then print this gift card, or forward it to the person receiving the gift.
Why can’t I place an order with this credit/debit card?
Great question! Most likely the zip code connected to your card is not the same as the zip code of your billing address. Please contact your card provider to make sure your zip code is the same as your billing address.
Why do I have multiple charges on my statement, but I only placed one order?
If you attempted to place your order more than once, all attempts will show on your statement as pending charges. All declined charges will fall off of your statement within 3-5 business days — the funds were not withdrawn as the charge(s) was not successful.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, and Google Pay. You can also finance your order through Sezzle or Afterpay. Triple check that the items in your cart and your address are correct if you’ll be using any autocomplete checkout methods.
Can I change my shipping address?
If you've entered an incorrect address, please contact us and we will do our very best to get it updated. Even if you reach out immediately after placing the order, there is no guarantee that it can be changed. Going forward, please double-check your shipping address, especially if you have third-party accounts (i.e. Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paypal), that auto-populate your information. This is where most issues arise.
Discounts & Promotions
I forgot to enter my discount code, can you do that for me?
We are unable to retroactively apply discounts once an order has been placed. However, we can refund you in the form of store credit for the amount you would have saved using the code. Please contact us with your order number and discount code. Otherwise, your order will have to be canceled and then a new order placed using the discount code. Things move quickly around our warehouse so we are only able to cancel orders shortly after they’ve been placed. If we are unable to cancel your order, you will need to place a new order with the discount code and return the original order (excluding final sale items).
Why doesn't my discount code work?
You can only have one discount code OR promotion per order. If you’re trying to stack them, it won’t work. Some discounts and promotions do not include final sale items. For other promotions, you may need to add the item to your cart before the discount code will work, so be sure to check the exclusions!
Can I opt-in to a promotion or sale that started after I made my purchase?
Only purchases made within the promotion window qualify for promotions. Keep your eye on our website, emails, and social media pages to see when new deals happen!
Do I need to return my free promotional item?
Got a cool free gift with your purchase but have to return some of the other items? If you fall beneath the promotion threshold after returning an item, you will need to return the freebies as well. If you’d like to keep the free gift but fall below the threshold, we will either deduct the cost of the free item from your refund or have you pay for the items.
