Kai High Tide Bikini Bottom - Island Dreams

I love the material and pattern. The fit is odd for me. I have pretty thin hips but the waistband doesn’t have much stretch. I’m worried I tore some stitching pulling the suit up. The waist is comfortable once I had it on. The crotch area is much more narrow than I expected though.

I love these bottoms. My only complaint is that when pulling up over my thighs, I could hear some threads popping (the worst sound to hear when trying on clothes!). I hope they’re not ruined. Once on, they fit true to size, but I guess I just have big thighs relative to my hips/waist.

I’m so sad! I have this same print in the mesh shorts and I have worn them nonstop since they came out. I was super excited for cute high waisted swim bottoms, but I can’t even get these past my knees! The waist is so tiny and it doesn’t stretch. I ordered my usual size (medium) and I know I have healthy thighs, but they’ve never thwarted a swim suit before! For reference, if I’m able to do an exchange, I’ll be ordering an XL. I’m 5’8, 155 lbs. I am concerned about how large the leg opening will be, but I’m not sure how else to adjust for the sizing.

Didn’t fit at all. Should’ve listened to the reviews about the thoughts not fitting through. It was crackling all the way up past my knees.
