Ingredients

  • 6 slices of bread

  • 1 egg

  • 1/2 cup vanilla coconut milk

  • 1/2 cup swerve brown sugar

  • 1/4 cup butter + butter for the pan

  • 2 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/2 cup swerve granulated sugar

  • 1/2 cup cream cheese

  • 1/2 cup confectioner swerve

For the middle filling

  • 1/2 cup swerve brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Coating

  • 1/2 cup granulated swerve

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

French toast egg dip

  • 1 egg

  • 1/2 cup vanilla coconut milk

For the icing

  • 1/2 cup cream cheese

  • 1/2 cup confectioner sugar

Notes: I used coconut bread, they are smaller loaves so didn't work as good as normal size bread does

Directions

Follow these easy step - by - step recipe:

1. Take the slices of bread and cut the edges off

2. Roll them flat or press like shown in video, I recommend rolling them with a rolling pin but I left mine at the Bloom bakery

3. Mix up your middle filling mixture, coat the flattened bread entirely and roll up

4. Mix your french toast egg dip, dip each roll into the mixture and put on a pan, medium heat, add about a table spoon of butter. Rotate them with tongs every 30 seconds or so. Until golden brown.

5. Roll each roll up in swerve granulated / cinnamon mixture

6. Use room temperature cream cheese ( or microwave for 15 seconds ) and mix with an electric mixer with the swerve confectioner. Get a ziplock bag ( or an actual icing bag - also left those at the Bloom bakery ).

7. Drizzle over french toast. ENJOY!
