Can you ship to my address?
Great news, we ship everywhere! We ship to every country, worldwide. We can also ship to an APO/FPO/DPO address, however, transit times may take longer.
When will my order ship?
There is a 1-5 business day processing time for each order; 1-10 business days for the holiday season.

How long before I receive my order?
Orders within the U.S. average 4-7 business days, and 2-3 business days for priority shipping. International orders average 7-14 business days. Express Shipping averages 2-3 business days.
Note: Shipping during the holiday season may be delayed by the carrier.
Who is your shipping provider?
All of our shipping is sent through USPS (United States Postal Service) and DHL Express.
How can I track my order?
Once your order enters pre-shipment, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to you with your order's tracking information.
Are there any fees if I'm outside of the U.S.?
Some countries may choose to add custom/VAT/handling fees but we rarely experience this. Unfortunately, if your country requires certain fees, we will not be responsible for these charges. Please review your countries import policies.

Yes, customers can opt-in to shipping protection through Route insurance at checkout.

Are there other ways to protect my order?
Yes, although Route is our easiest and recommended method of shipping insurance, you can protect your package through the carrier, USPS by choosing Priority Shipping at checkout. Note: USPS Priority Mail only insures packages up to $50.

The cut and style of these shorts is very flattering. I am an athletic build 140 lbs and normally wear a Med in other brands but I am long waisted and needed to size up for these shorts … otherwise it looked like I had a diaper on … I guess from the way the inner lining hugged my bottom?? I also purchased the pineapple print and the print is darling. My only down side is that the fabric is very thick and therefore crazy hot for humid FLA summers. I would wear these shorts to run errands but when I wore them to work out the fabric did not breathe and I was extra sweaty. Also bc I had to size up they did not fit as well for exercise and slipped down on my hips which was a bit annoying. So I will keep them for everyday wear but stick to my other shorts for exercise.
