Can you ship to my address?
Great news, we ship everywhere! We ship to every country, worldwide. We can also ship to an APO/FPO/DPO address, however, transit times may take longer.
When will my order ship?
There is a 1-5 business day processing time for each order; 1-10 business days for the holiday season.

Orders within the U.S. average 4-7 business days, and 2-3 business days for priority shipping. International orders average 7-14 business days. Express Shipping averages 2-3 business days.

Who is your shipping provider?
All of our shipping is sent through USPS (United States Postal Service) and DHL Express.
How can I track my order?
Once your order enters pre-shipment, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to you with your order's tracking information.
Are there any fees if I'm outside of the U.S.?
Some countries may choose to add custom/VAT/handling fees but we rarely experience this. Unfortunately, if your country requires certain fees, we will not be responsible for these charges. Please review your countries import policies.

Do you offer shipping protection?
Yes, customers can opt-in to shipping protection through Route insurance at checkout.

Route is shipping insurance that covers lost, damaged, or stolen items. Protect your order for about 2% of the subtotal of your cart. For more information please visit help.route.com.
Are there other ways to protect my order?
Yes, although Route is our easiest and recommended method of shipping insurance, you can protect your package through the carrier, USPS by choosing Priority Shipping at checkout. Note: USPS Priority Mail only insures packages up to $50.

Love how cozy this jacket is, the loose fit and the little bit of weight it has to it just make it perfect! Also, a massive fan of the waffle texture!
Once I saw this collection drop I just knew I had to get this jacket! It's so soft and oversized in the right places. I'm 5'10" and 190 lbs. and the large fits perfectly! I love that the sleeves are long enough to go past my wrists and the fact that you could cinch it at the waist for a more fitted look. I think I might have to get this jacket in multiple colors!
