    Can you ship to my address?

    Great news, we ship everywhere! We ship to every country, worldwide. We can also ship to an APO/FPO/DPO address, however, transit times may take longer.

     

    When will my order ship?

    There is a 1-5 business day processing time for each order; 1-10 business days for the holiday season.  

    Order Status

    How long before I receive my order?

    Orders within the U.S. average 4-7 business days, and 2-3 business days for priority shipping. International orders average 7-14 business days. Express Shipping averages 2-3 business days. 

    Note: Shipping during the holiday season may be delayed by the carrier.

    Who is your shipping provider?

    All of our shipping is sent through USPS (United States Postal Service) and DHL Express.

    How can I track my order?

    Once your order enters pre-shipment, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to you with your order's tracking information.

    Are there any fees if I'm outside of the U.S.? 

    Some countries may choose to add custom/VAT/handling fees but we rarely experience this. Unfortunately, if your country requires certain fees, we  will not be responsible for these charges. Please review your countries import policies.

    Do you offer shipping protection?

    Yes, customers can opt-in to shipping protection through Route insurance at checkout. 

    What is Route?

    Route is shipping insurance that covers lost, damaged, or stolen items. Protect your order for about 2% of the subtotal of your cart. For more information please visit help.route.com. 

    Are there other ways to protect my order?

    Yes, although Route is our easiest and recommended method of shipping insurance, you can protect your package through the carrier, USPS by choosing Priority Shipping at checkout. Note: USPS Priority Mail only insures packages up to $50.

    I wish the impact collection was here to stay !

    I love, love, love Love Fitness Apparel clothing! They have the cutest workout clothes. I’m just so sad that the impact collection looks like it’s being discontinued!? This was my favorite collection that Love Fitness Apparel has had. I guess it’s a good thing I managed to buy at least two sets in my size before it was all sold out.

    Thank you for your continued support! We are indeed phasing out the Impact Collection over the next few months but it's for good reason. Our new Sedona Collection launching on Nov. 13 has most of the same Impact items but with updated sizing and some new features! We hope you enjoy these updated versions as much as the old ones!

    Love it so much I ordered 2 more colors. The bronze detailing of the zipper is everything. I’m 5’5” 125 pounds and ordered a small; I could probably get away with sizing up, but I prefer a compressive fit so it’s perfect for me. It’s definitely a crop fit, even with the matching high-waisted biker shorts I would say it exposes 3-4 inches of my stomach.

    TOO CUTE

    I have gotten more compliments on my Impact Cropped Jacket that probably ANY piece of clothing I have ever had. It's perfect for the gym, but also perfect for every day wear. It's so comfortable! One of my current go to's.
